Job Description

This occupation covers positions that involve operating or supervising the operation of keyboard controlled machines (such as card punch machines, paper tape recording machines, magnetic tape, or disc encoders, optical character equipment, and computer controlled data entry, update and remote inquiry devices) to transcribe or verify data in a form that can be used in automated data processing systems.
