Per-diems for other cities in Pennsylvania:
If you are travelling to a city in Pennsylvania that does not have a specific per diem rate (including Carlisle, Chambersburg, Fairview, Horsham and Tobyhanna), the standard per-diem rates of $77.00 per night for lodging and $46.00 per day for meals and incidentals apply.
